Richard Lederer is the newly appointed Director of Accounting and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Solutions at Marcum Technology, a Microsoft Dynamics Silver Partner. This recent addition to the Marcum Technology Group of specialized solution offerings provides business consulting, software development, and implementation services. Richard will be spearheading this initiative for Marcum Technology. As a former CFO, he brings an impressive track record of successfully helping companies improve their financial controls with Dynamics ERP accounting software and automating sales and marketing departments with Dynamics CRM software. Richard's roles will include executive project management as well as executing his group’s sales and marketing strategies.
Rich and Marcum LLP have a past and have enjoyed a mutually rewarding relationship prior to joining Marcum Technology. Rich has, on many occasions, worked as a trusted advisor and consultant to many of our key partners and CPAs throughout the country. The following case studies illustrate a sampling of the previous alliances held with Marcum: Michael Novak called in Rich for a global hospitality client who had outgrown its existing accounting software; Rich was brought in by Ted Carlson to implement a Microsoft Dynamics accounting software solution for a national contractor in Farmingdale; Jim Ashe and Sean Clancy worked with Rich and one of Rich’s clients, a vehicle distributor, who was in need of forensic accounting services; Robert Pesce reached out to Rich, on two occasions, on behalf of his clients in NYC who needed to upgrade their accounting software platform. Rich is actively collaborating with a Melville based partner, who together, are engaged with a professional services organization who recently spun off from Citibank, Rich’s group is currently implementing an enterprise accounting software solution for this Hauppauge based company; Richard’s team is presently implementing Dynamics CRM and ERP for Marcum Technology and is in the process of developing an accounting software solution for a multi-billion dollar Marcum LLP client.
Rich has the ability to clearly understand each client’s current situation, identify their accounting software needs, architect a cohesive plan, and identify resources needed to insure a seamless product roll out.
