Inside Sales / Customer Support Position - Melville, NY

  • Provide technical assistance functions to the inside sales department.
  • Assist and support administrative managers and directors in their daily tasks.
  • Manage deal registrations, contract renewals, and provide daily quotes to clients. 
  • Maintain and manage relevant technical databases, forecasting, CRM, work with distributors.
  • Maintain and manage technical files and records in an organized manner.
  • Organize and schedule client meetings both internal and external.
  • Provide administrative support to customers, tracking, quotes, pricing for all hardware, software and upcoming contract renewals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ complex technical problems.
  • Support and assist administrative department in strategic direction to technical persons.
  • Ensure compliance of corporate guidelines in technical administrative assistant functions.
